The Client Resource Center handles referrals and provides information to patients, families and physicians. The center is staffed by nurses trained to assist with all homecare needs and provide information on community resources. The center is staffed Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Call (630) 665-7006. CNS also offers short-term services (one to three hours) or more time-intensive care (up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) as medically needed.
