Private Duty

Caring Choices, the private duty division of CNS Home Health & Hospice, can help to provide you and your loved one the comfort and assurance of professionally trained and supervised assistance in the comfort of your residence or during a hospital stay.

Our Private Duty services include:

• Personal Care
  Companions can provide extra assistance with personal tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing and medication reminders.

• Companionship Services
  Personal companions can assist with  traveling to doctors appointments, light housekeeping, small meal preparation, doing laundry, grocery shopping and other personal errands.

• Sitter Services
  Companions can be a bedside sitter to eliminate the risks of unwanted falls and provide one-on-one assistance for comfort.

Our Private Duty nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by scheduling.  Our staff members are directly employed with CNS Home Health & Hospice and undergo professional training, physical exams and criminal background checks.
