Support Groups

CNS Home Health & Hospice offers the following support groups:

• Life After Loss – loss of a spouse, parent or sibling.
• The Daughter’s Circle – loss of mother.
  
• Our New Dawn – loss of a child of any age.
  
• Just 4 Kids – For children ages 4 to 12 who have lost a parent, sibling or grandparent.
